Activities:
Learn about the Brachiosaurus and the Ankylosaurus dinosaurs, watch a baby dinosaur hatch from an egg,  toy dinosaurs in sensory table, practice writing the letter Xx and the number 17, dinosaur stamp art, glue yarn on the letter Yy, finish dinosaur color booklet and attend  kindergarten Q and U wedding

School notes:
I am asking that the children learn their addresses including city, state and zip code. Please practice at home with your child. 

I will be assessing the children again in May.  Please continue to work on letters, sounds, colors and numbers will your child at home.

The children had a great time at  Exploration Station on Friday.  Thanks to all the parents who chaperoned on this trip!!!

We will be starting our plant unit this week.  The children will be learning about plants the whole month of May. 

Upcoming:
April 28th - Children who come to school on this day will be going to mass 

April 30th - Field trip to Chicago Dough Company (Four year preschool who come to school on this day) We will be eating snack before we go on the field trip.  We will be leaving at 10:00 a.m returning approximately at 1:00 p.m. Children come at regular class time, 8:40 a.m. Chaperones need to be at school by 9:45 a.m.  Children who go to kindergarten in the afternoon do not need to bring a sack lunch to school.  We are eating pizza at the restaurant. 

May 1st - May Scholastic book order due and kindergarten Q and U wedding (Parents can attend. Invitations will be sent home on Monday.) 

May 13th-Computers 

May 22nd - Last day of school PreK4
